After graduation in 2004, I joined my grandfather at our company’s warehouse for my corporate training. I will forever be grateful to him for sharing his invaluable insights and values of our business with me. It was an experience which I truly believe no formal education could have given me.
The most challenging part about my journey has been to break the barriers of the unorganised sector and help establishing our brand in the main stream. Today we have been successful in changing perceptions about low priced meaning low quality and delivering “value for money.” Our major focus has always been providing best quality products at best possible price. We realise the abundance of choice our customers have today so we take pride in their loyalty and hope for a brighter, safer future.
After Graduating from Purdue University, USA with BSc in Industrial Engineering, Minor in Economics & Certificate in Entrepreneurship & Innovation and London school of economics with Masters in Management, in 2010 I joined my brother with an inborn passion for our family business. My father had created a huge platform for us and my job was to make it bigger.
Establishing our brand in the mainstream and expanding our product portfolio required a huge transformation in our corporate structure and systems. This meant hiring professionals, creating and installing systems, training employees about them and handling grievances promptly. We are presently a leading platform for all electrical needs and the future involves exploring newer markets through building new efficient teams. We thrive to innovate at every step to make our processes easier and maintain strong relationships with all our partners thus providing best quality products and ensuring total customer satisfaction.
